Join us for Parts 2 and 3 of the Stress & Resilience workshop with Student Wellness here at the Graduate Student Center!

Participants will
- Develop an understanding of the physiological changes that arise as a result of accumulated stress
- Learn about adverse childhood experiences and how they impact stress
- Identify stress locations in their body and how they are connected to stress points stored in body memory
- Learn activities and exercises to identify triggers
- Learn ways to neutralize and manage triggers to increase overall wellness

Participants will
- Review information learned about stress theory, accumulated stress and physiological changes
- Utilize their understanding of their personal ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences Scale) score to understand how their body experiences stress
- Develop a personalized wellness plan focusing on the dimensions of wellness that need to be developed further
- Learn ways of incorporating wellness into daily and hourly activities to ensure effect stress coping and management and avoid accumulation of stress
- Be able to identify ways to incorporate wellness as a lifestyle and value
