IME Crafting Your Career

Join Dr. Noelle Romero, former IME Scholar and current Program Coordinator of the Chancellor’s Science Scholars Program, to work on your CV & Cover Letter!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Overview of CV aesthetics / verbiage / organization
- Cover Letter layout & highlighting skills
WHO NEEDS:
EVERY graduate student needs a professional CV and Cover Letter. Whether you are a 1stor 5thyear student, this group will help you craft your documents. Do NOT wait until you actually need a CV or Cover Letter to craft your template!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your laptop so you can work on your documents electronically, and bring a paper version of your CV as it is sometimes easier for others to edit with a paper copy. If you are unable to print, email your document to Yesenia, yesipv@email.unc.edu no later than June 11th.
If you have never created a CV, draft a version before this workshop via UNC Career Services.
WHY ATTEND: You will leave with a FINISHED product of each document!
Lunch will be provided.
