Celebrate Halloween with sweet treats and lots of laughter! Join us for breakfast and an experience of Laughter Yoga provided by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Laughter yoga is a fun mindfulness practice that involves no mats or poses but laughter exercises to boost mood and reduce stress!
