Training Up: CV Working Group

Join Dr. Noelle Romero, former IME Scholar and current Program Coordinator of the Chancellor’s Science Scholars Program, for a hands-on workshop in formatting and developing your CV.
Participants are expected to come with a completed draft of their CV.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Brief overview of CV verbiage and organization
One on One attention and suggestions on formatting/aesthetics
Peer critique
Come prepared to WORK!
WHO NEEDS IT: Graduate students that are ready to submit their CV (job interviews, funding apps . This group will help you tailor your CV and your show you how to highlight your skills/experiences.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your laptop with a copy of your current CV. This is a working group so you must have a draft of a CV already created to get the most out of this workshop.
WHY ATTEND: You will leave with a polished product of your document ready to submit to prospective jobs, funding agents, etc.
