Virtual Sisterhood/SEA: Self-Care

Sisterhood of Empowerment in Academe (SEA) is a place for self-identifying women of color to come together, share our lived experiences, and support each other throughout our journey in academia and beyond.

This meeting we will be joined by Faye Hobgood, LCSW, a mental health clinician with the UNC CAPS Multicultural Health Program, who will guide us in a discussion about what self-care means to us, how to lean on community for support, and how to make self-care a priority amidst the various demands of life.
