Queer Graduate and Professional Students (QGAPS)

Graduate Student Success and the LGBTQ Center partner to provide opportunities and resources for our LGBTQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual)-identified graduate students to aid in their academic success and to build community.

How We Create Student Success

  • QGAPS speaker series: graduate and professional students have the opportunity to share their research.
  • QGAPS socials
  • QTPOC gatherings
  • SafeZone training, which is designed to create a network of visible allies to people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ campus community.
