Summer Undergraduate Pipeline (SUP)
The Summer Undergraduate Pipeline (SUP) serves as an integral part of the Graduate Student Success program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Its primary aim is to foster connections and equip students with the tools needed for a successful transition into graduate studies. SUP collaborates directly with Carolina’s summer undergraduate research programs, facilitating a seamless pathway for students to explore research opportunities and prepare for their future careers in academia.

The Summer Undergraduate Pipeline (SUP) program aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Supporting Students Through the Application Process:
- SUP assists students in navigating the college application process, providing guidance and resources.
- Financial Assistance for College:
- SUP helps students access financial resources to pursue higher education at UNC.
- Personal Statement Guidance:
- The program offers support in crafting effective personal statements.
- Connecting with Graduate Students:
- SUP facilitates connections with current graduate students, fostering possible mentorship and networking opportunities.
These goals collectively contribute to a stronger and more empowered student community at UNC Chapel Hill.
