Identifying and Navigating Microaggressions in the Classroom & Workplace

The Director of Education, Community Engagement & Belonging, Cloe Liparini, and Assistant Director of Education, Community Engagement, and Strategic Initiatives, Ari Weinbaum, will present an introductory training for participants to develop a deeper awareness surrounding the common occurrence of microaggressions in the classroom and workplace. Participants will discuss the experience of microaggressions through the use of mini-case studies and how they adversely impact others.
